Pros
Lots of awesome people, good pay
Cons
People failing upwards; You look at people's work and wonder how they are in the leadership positions. Good ol' boys club; Certain people who are in good with others get preferential treatment. Poor inter-department communication; Often times there are situations when a certain department should be notified of something and it doesn't happen until the last minute/too late. Poor onboarding; It has been improving, but at the rate of growth the company is seeing the lack of a comprehensive, standardized onboarding process leaves employees in the dark on beneficial information and leaders having to reach out to other departments for assistance on things which should be done during orientation. Lack of accountability; There is little accountability for all levels, from entry-level to mid-management. People are allowed to continue doing the wrong thing after multiple corrections and when issues are brought to the attention of management no action is taken. Poor planning; Sometimes it seems like decisions are made the day of, reactively, instead of a forward thinking, proactive approach.
