Pros

The travel benefits, the pay, the name recognition on your resume, the fine tuning of customer service skills

Cons

If you are looking for a place that does not value you as a human being then this is the place to go. They value profit over all else while touting the golden rule. Make sure you double check your paycheck though, they've been known to short your commissions. They play favoritism. They bully and harass their members and create a toxic work environment. They do not listen to or trust their team. They talk negatively about their team members behind closed doors when they think nobody can hear them. They tow the line when it comes to ethical and sanitary practices considering what they charge clients.

Pros

Very friendly staff. Straightforward job with good pay. Overall an enjoyable job.

Cons

Inconsistent hours. Burnout can occur if you're looking for something easy. Other than that its pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Good job to have.

Pros

Great immediate management (up to department head), good travel benefits (although not as good as previous years), health insurance excellent. Travel benefits are nice when you can use them. Become better at what do you, but with an emotional cost.

Cons

Toooo profit heavy and want to please owners versus staff, worklife balance needs improvement although it's getting there. Pulse Survey results need to be taken more seriously by PC and not put on department heads and asssitant managers, need accountability on PC to action. Terrible employee meals, especially if not AM Monday through Friday. Poor corporate ELT team since post covid times.
