Pros

Complimentary Nights (not always approved) Employee meals Paid Time Off

Cons

Management (gets away with many things and still there after more than dozens of employee complaints, then laughs it off and pretends that nothing happened) Open door policy (whatever you say goes back to you) Advancement (if you're very good at what you do, be ready to get denied for advancement) Hours (be prepared to work back to back shifts, sacrifice all your hours and not get recognized) Sick Time (although encouraged to take sick days, management will ask you to take meds until u get better to come back that same day or they won't care about your health and just want your there) HR (line staff, forget HR, even though you are more important than management, they will protect each other)

Pros

Very friendly staff. Straightforward job with good pay. Overall an enjoyable job.

Cons

Inconsistent hours. Burnout can occur if you're looking for something easy. Other than that its pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Good job to have.

Pros

Great immediate management (up to department head), good travel benefits (although not as good as previous years), health insurance excellent. Travel benefits are nice when you can use them. Become better at what do you, but with an emotional cost.

Cons

Toooo profit heavy and want to please owners versus staff, worklife balance needs improvement although it's getting there. Pulse Survey results need to be taken more seriously by PC and not put on department heads and asssitant managers, need accountability on PC to action. Terrible employee meals, especially if not AM Monday through Friday. Poor corporate ELT team since post covid times.
