Pros

While interviewing with various companies, I was looking for a company who was winning in their space and who had a culture of excellence and care for its people. I’ve found these things to be true and am very thankful for that.

Cons

I don’t have any critiques that are unique to Foureyes. Growth stage companies share challenges with clarifying career paths and polishing operations but I have great confidence in the people who are at the helm and on the ground floor.

Cons

Leadership thinks they are better than everyone else, no boundaries outside of working hours, too many changes with no plan, so much turnover that the company name has turned into a joke among clients
