Fair wage, promotes from within, varied schedules, clear goals/expectations, great environment, good communication, happy people, managers are accessible and reactive to employees. lots of PTO
Cons
nature of the job is repetitive and collections has its negative parts; to negotiate with people in challenging situations- that's just the job- not really a "con." Bonus structure could be improved- doesn't necessarily pay out for effort.
