Pros
Friendly, fun and have a great time with the people you work with. As any job, it can be stressful sometimes, but the people that work with me more than make up for the stress. They are constantly feeding us and providing gift. The benefits are great.
Cons
The health insurance could be better, even with the HSA we pay a lot out of pocket
