Pros
Bagels and donuts every Monday, catered lunches for company meetings once a month and month-end pizza....That's it. The cons are they feed you and maybe that the building is nice and brand new with plenty of parking. Benefits are mediocre.
Cons
Downside is your typical office politics. You have to play the "social" game to get anywhere in the company and people are always talking bad about others behind their back...office politics.... There are bullies in management that I have witnessed bully people into leaving and executive managers and HR "listen" but do not take any action. My experience is that some supervisors/managers don't do anything all day while their team is suffering and doing the work for them. Also, there is not much room for growth. Most managers have been there awhile and if they quit, they already have someone in mind to take over but "have" to interview anyone that applies to be "all inclusive". Remember office politics? You have to be someone to get anywhere. My advise...there are plenty of other companies with better opportunities and pay for what you go through.
