Pros
Great people and culture. Heavily recruiting following the pandemic and you can tell its a good place to work as so many people who left last year are returning Strong Diversity & Inclusion committee If you have a plan to make something better, you're listened to.
Cons
Being in the hospitality committee they were hard hit in 2020 but seem to be coming back strong. Some of the original culture has been lost as everyone is at home but it will return. The merger with Hotschedules happened just before the pandemic and they haven't got back on track with harmonising certain areas of the business yet. They're getting there but it will take some time.
