      Pros

      My boss was amazing and the SLT seemed to genuinely care about the people that work there.

      Cons

      There are some members of the upper management team (but below SLT) that were awful. They didn't care about people or their safety and were fully committed to far-outdated notions of how a workforce should be treated.
