Pros

Great team of people Great benefits/ compensation

Cons

Where to begin? I came into this company hearing mixed reviews. As I settled in, I learned the truth. The company is a mess. Everyone is bailing. The recent acquisition of Snag product was a trainwreck that never successfully completed. CS teams are UNDERWATER yet executives are completely blind and forcing quarterly reviews upon customers that are beyond mad. Support is next to non-existent, with issues that used to take 10-15 minutes now taking days to get resolved. (Try explaining that one to a customer) Customers are focused on their flawed products, support, and the lack of it they are receiving. Realize where your weak points are and stop trying to "bandage" every issue with words. After looking "up" to Hotschedules after so many years in the service industry, It's quite frankly embarrassing now.

Pros

Very few pros come to mind, there were some great people on the individual contributor level I worked with across multiple teams however many left or are on their way out.

Cons

This is a highly toxic and disorganized work environment. Leadership’s lack of knowledge, direction, and experience is apparent. When I started, leadership was disengaged and disconnected to everything. I noticed there was a sudden and obvious change in leadership’s approach where “urgent” asks from above were being requested with little to no context. Unrealistic and changing expectations started being communicated as the norm. This caused confusion, chaos, and burn out, resulting in extremely low morale across teams. Concerns and feedback were either ignored or people were penalized/suddenly terminated for speaking up. Lastly, it doesn’t go unsaid there is no work life balance or professional boundaries here. This is a work environment that sets people up for failure and can have a serious impact on overall well-being.
