Pros

The people are amazing Back up food in the kitchen if you forget lunch Parties, although they have started to deplete a little Training team are fabulous and very helpful Good onboarding programme-make you feel welcome CIPP paid for-good qualification to get (but are stuck with the company for 2 years otherwise have to pay back in full)

Cons

The wage wasnt quite what we were promised, on very little more than a trainee Its hard to work your way up and get pay rises, and now they wont be doing PDP'S making it harder to get a pay increase The workload is too much for one person, especially at month end Once your on a team, the training becomes non exsistent, you have to rely on your team but due to their personal work load, its very hard for them to train you on new aspects The expectation is that you stay after hours (for no overtime pay) because the work load is so much, if you dont you will increase the work load for the rest of the team When we are expected to stay late, its not very often that the managers stay. Maybe if they stayed and did some of the workload at month end, it wouldnt be expected that the lower paid staff stay so late

Pros

Very few pros come to mind, there were some great people on the individual contributor level I worked with across multiple teams however many left or are on their way out.

Cons

This is a highly toxic and disorganized work environment. Leadership’s lack of knowledge, direction, and experience is apparent. When I started, leadership was disengaged and disconnected to everything. I noticed there was a sudden and obvious change in leadership’s approach where “urgent” asks from above were being requested with little to no context. Unrealistic and changing expectations started being communicated as the norm. This caused confusion, chaos, and burn out, resulting in extremely low morale across teams. Concerns and feedback were either ignored or people were penalized/suddenly terminated for speaking up. Lastly, it doesn’t go unsaid there is no work life balance or professional boundaries here. This is a work environment that sets people up for failure and can have a serious impact on overall well-being.
