Pros

None worth mentioning right now

Cons

If you're looking for a case study in how to erode employee trust, drive out talent, and replace transparency with silence then look no further. Fourth used to care about its people. That’s long gone. Leadership makes major decisions; including layoffs, with zero communication or accountability. Announcements come weeks later, buried at the bottom of business updates, framed as “efficiency.” No recognition of the human cost. No forum for questions. Just silence and spin. Promotions are based on favoritism, not performance. Tenured, high-performing employees are ignored or quietly pushed aside, while unqualified favorites are elevated and protected. There’s no path for growth unless you're part of the inner circle. New offshore hires are onboarded with no inclusion or input from the experienced team. It's clear: loyalty, knowledge, and hard work don’t matter here. If you value your mental health, professional development, or basic respect, don’t work here. It’s a demoralizing environment disguised as a tech company. Run.

Pros

Very few pros come to mind, there were some great people on the individual contributor level I worked with across multiple teams however many left or are on their way out.

Cons

This is a highly toxic and disorganized work environment. Leadership’s lack of knowledge, direction, and experience is apparent. When I started, leadership was disengaged and disconnected to everything. I noticed there was a sudden and obvious change in leadership’s approach where “urgent” asks from above were being requested with little to no context. Unrealistic and changing expectations started being communicated as the norm. This caused confusion, chaos, and burn out, resulting in extremely low morale across teams. Concerns and feedback were either ignored or people were penalized/suddenly terminated for speaking up. Lastly, it doesn’t go unsaid there is no work life balance or professional boundaries here. This is a work environment that sets people up for failure and can have a serious impact on overall well-being.
