We are committed to compensation that is competitive in the marketplace. Regarding your specific situation, compensation information is a private personnel matter. However, we never want our team members to feel unhappy about their compensation situation. We promote and value open and transparent communication on all matters, especially related to compensation. Pros

The culture is great! Credit Unions are about people helping people, and Fox Communities Credit Union's purpose, mission, vision, and values truly focus on improving the lives of our members as well as the team members who work there. In HR, I'm more familiar with the ways we support our team members and can confidently say that Fox's Total Rewards program is one of the most generous that I've ever personally experienced. Salary, benefits, growth and development opportunities, etc. there is so much focus on ensuring that the team members in our Fox Family are well cared for and supported so that they can do their best for the members we serve. Fox is growing in good ways (because our members love us!) and for good reasons. As a not-for-profit organization, our growth allows us to do more good for our members and our communities since there are no investors at the top demanding higher profits. (Yay, credit unions!!)

Cons

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. No company is ever perfect, but at Fox, the important things are in the right place or moving in the right direction.

No room for growth. They say they hire and grow from within, yet all new hires are from outside even passing up on qualified internal candidates. Pay is mediocre and more work is piled on people with no incentive to do more.
