Pros

Only the schedules, 4x10 or 3x12 on weekends

Cons

No professionalism, nepotism, sexism, and promotion based on race by former and current supervisors and managers in that position and forced labor during holidays of at least 20 days or your fired. Not a joke you don't come to work your written up or fired if you miss one of those 20 days. Bunch of dopeheads getting hire during there breaks as well.

Pros

Good brand with cool products, can offer some cool experiences on the job if you're on big projects in the right department. The people there can be pretty fun, too. It's a laid back culture.

Cons

Management would often fight over project ownership or influence. It caused some pretty heavy bottlenecking and terrible direction. A lot of the work became unnecessarily frustrating for long periods of time.
