Pros

-hours are good and helped my situation

Cons

- when i originally applied i applied for quality, but once they heard i had a month of saw experience they placed me on the saw for 8 months. i was promised i would be there temporarily and be trained on the CNC machine and that never happened - after 2 months i became a trainer with no extra pay, managed saw house and was yelled at for not managing it the way they wanted it(was never instructed or trained how too) - they wanted impossible work in a short amount of time with no heads up -getting manager and supervisor duties non stop with no pay raise - there is a coworker there who is openly racist and yells at Hispanics slurs. and has yet to be fired, he has many reports on him. so this place doesn't care about morals or discriminations -low pay and no chance of getting a raise or moving up and/or out of the department

Pros

Good brand with cool products, can offer some cool experiences on the job if you're on big projects in the right department. The people there can be pretty fun, too. It's a laid back culture.

Cons

Management would often fight over project ownership or influence. It caused some pretty heavy bottlenecking and terrible direction. A lot of the work became unnecessarily frustrating for long periods of time.
