Pros

the job was close to my parents house which made it easier to get to.

Cons

Approved Paid Vacation Days then months later took them out of my paycheck. Hostile work environment Lack of security (People can just walk in threaten other co workers and leave. Management is never on the same page. One boss tells you one thing while another says otherwise. Poor compensation- Adding multiple important jobs to my job description but paying me the same as before. (scheduling interviews, Handling the most irate customers) Lack of communication on tasks Treating the Men and women in the office poorly compared to the technicians that service the homes. Lack of parking making it difficult to get to work on time. For Example getting to work at 755 when your shift starts at 8am but can't find parking so you have to drive back down the hill and park down the street and walk back.

Pros

Working for Fox Pest Control has been such a positive experience. Fox has helped me grow not only professionally, but also as a person, a mother, and a leader. I have been given opportunities to learn, stretch myself, and become more confident in who I am and what I’m capable of. One thing I really appreciate about Fox is that they understand employees have lives outside of work. They do a great job encouraging growth while also respecting the importance of work-life balance. I’ve felt supported in being successful at work while still being present for my family and personal life. The company culture is centered around teamwork, accountability, service, and strong core values. What stands out to me is that Fox doesn’t just talk about its values — they truly incorporate them into everything they do. You see those values show up in big decisions, daily conversations, leadership expectations, and even in the day-to-day hustle. Fox holds itself and its people to a high standard, and I believe that commitment is a big part of why the company has been so successful. Like any fast-growing company, there are challenges and busy seasons, but I’ve always appreciated the emphasis on improvement, problem-solving, and supporting one another. Overall, Fox has been a great place to work, especially for someone who values leadership development, teamwork, accountability, and making a positive impact.

Cons

The only real challenges I would mention are that Fox is a fast-paced company with high expectations. During busy seasons, the workload can feel heavy, and because the company is always growing and improving, change happens often. That said, I do feel those challenges are part of what creates so much opportunity for growth. Fox is a great fit for someone who is willing to take ownership, receive feedback, and continue improving.

Pros

A work truck is given to take home to get to and from the assigned daily route.

Cons

There is nothing good about this company. They over work their employees to the point that they constantly have a high turn over rate. You constantly have a new team because everyone quits. The pay is very low and you have to pull tooth and nail to even get a raise. Their core values are a joke as no one lives up to them. Customers are constantly cheated out of services paid for. Fox is Terminex or Orkin. Management does not care about the techs at all. Several techs quit because management was forcing them to prioritize their work over their families and personal time. When techs called for help management ignored them or blew them off by saying "do your best" when the techs were already doing their best. There is no room for career advancement. I tried many times to move up in the company only to be over looked by outside hires or new hires who were coached on what to say in the interview process by other managers. When you tell them in advance that you need to be off work by a certain time on a certain day, they over load you with work.
