Daily operations are all over the place, nothing is structured and organized. Communication and productivity suffer daily due to the amount of managers and chefs, there too many bosses and not enough leaders. Also the hiring process is way too image conscious, cannot hire qualified applicants because of their appearance. A regional director even told me once she won’t hire girls who take selfies and that she preferred to hire and promote men over women. Also as managers start to move up, they are less accountable for their own job. Communication is lacking all around and the “standards” change daily based on convenience and who’s there. The corporate office asks newly hired managers to fill out a Glassdoor review upon completion of new hire orientation, when everyone is pumped up and full of hope, thus skewing all of these reviews... ask them again to do a review upon exiting the company and then see what the real results are.
