Very BN, ( Brown nose ) environment with no respect for the people making the magic happen on the floors. Micromanagement is beyond control, no real training or videos to aid control of accidents and damage to products. Company has so much potential to prosper and grow to a company difficult to get into yet toxic in every avenue with government, civil, state and local laws broken on almost any day without remorse or accountability. Shady business tactics with a huge global customer to make ends meet with a very high turnover rate of people quitting or being fired and hired to make up the loss in numbers. This was the companies very 1st year in financial growth for this location after 7 years or so of being open. Go and make good money with an extremely shaky economy and foundation for stability for the long haul. If your into going in and then out after finding something better then this is for you otherwise best left alone. The rating attest to this.
