Pros
Amazing stepping stone into project management. Working externally with major tech companies. Connections. Great team and insightful boss. Everyone is there to help you. No toxicity. Great entry level position into tech. Hourly position. If you're questioning about the job but you have no corporate tech experience, this is a golden position for you.
Cons
Pay is average. No room for a raise unless there is minimum wage increase. Benefit's are minimal. PTO is not the best, California minimum. 10 days maximum. Not much opportunities to grow internally. Preferably need to know Chinese to communicate, not required. High workload, need to be organized to succeed.
