Pros
For RD position, sometimes you would be very busy for project, sometime you would be very free if you've done every design without any design issues. It's possible to have work and life balance.
Cons
Salary is not very high, and won't be increased by every years. We have no idea when salary would be increased. Work environment is very traditional office, not like technology company. Speaking of technology company, internet is very slow and inconvenient to search information.
