The pros are you will get to learn about how a full manufacture site works within the realms of development, testing and deployment of products.
Cons
The managment has a true lack of sense for communication. If you are an international student looking for work I advise you to look elsewhere cause they will not fulfill any promises of helping you get a green card or other types of work visas. There is no work life balance you pretty much work 24/7. You will feel worthless here and all the work you do will probably be used and have credit taken by someone else. Please avoid working here at all costs.
