None really. But they let you sit around when no work and pay you. But it is SO boring and pointless. They refuse to just lay us off for a few weeks. If you work in a certain building you get lunch on Wednesdays. SO discriminatory.
Cons
VERY BAD MANAGEMENT from top to bottom! All they care about is $$. NO ANNUAL RAISE. Always lie to employees. Promise money or new titles and raise, but never give it. Said reviews & raises were coming last year (21)and it NEVER happened. HR Dept sucks too! They dont know what they're doing either, and I'm sure big bosses have a hand in that. People are PO'd and fed up and quitting left & right. They dont care about employees. Bad communication in ALL areas. Cant keep stock in inventory plus inventory is always wrong which stops production often. Dont know what idiot runs that area. We beg for raises, but they dont care we are going broke. Only care about the company. Dont treat their good employees with respect at all. Keep all the lazy ones for they dont complain.
