The place provides enough opportunities to grow and learn about general manufacturing in the PCBA industry. It is similar to a start up which will provide newer engineers a low barrier of entry into manufacturing. This place will challenge you. Learn up to what you can and leave.
Cons
No work life balance. Some departments/individuals work in silos. Not much structure. Lack of training from both the office work and the operator level.
