Pros
Majority of the longer-term employees fall in into one of the above categories. FII SJ was an amazing place to learn, design and troubleshoot the systems and network. Most coworkers are very nice and reasonable
Cons
There were little to new SOPs or documentation on protocols or processes on how/what to do. Even the few SOPs/documentation I received, most employees/departments didn't follow or acknowledge it anyways. Most departments are understaffed, notoriously the IT department. This may be a pro / con, there is little to no help from other teams and or politics with some other teams, so it's an opportunity to learn and troubleshoot with stackoverflow/google/chatGPT for those interested. This is a role for those whom do NOT mind getting their hands dirty whilst troubleshooting, otherwise it's a nightmare situation for those without that desire. For those looking for a normal or easy/chill 9-5 this is NOT the place for you buddy.
