1) CEO has great plans as mentioned but not at all aware of the non-rational middle management who know nothing about management and how to deal with projects
2) A lot of POLITICS when it comes to relationship between managers and analysts , something very destructive for one's career
3) HR also involved with managers in politics
3) Existing employees call some managers as DICTATORS because they don't listen, just do everything their way , so you have no say.
4) Great disparity when it comes to compensation - It's all RANDOM - one needs to be lucky or help managers in personal tasks
5) You don't get promoted on the basis of work rather it is manager's personal call
6) Middle management is inexperienced and panics at small problems
7) No good people working here, almost every IITian and people from IIM have left
8) Nothing good to offer in terms of work
9) Attrition level at peak
10) Promises are broken very very frequently - CAN'T TRUST
