Pros

Decent experience. They spend lot on branding and company looks. Instead of spending efforts in branding and company looks, It is appreciated to create better work culture. Analytic rigor is very low. Too much micromanagement. You will face corporate politics with in 3-4 months. Even though you are genuine, blame game makes you weak.

Cons

Less responsive Finance team. I worked in fractal little over 2 years. On my last working day, I was said final settlement will happen with in 45 days. They made it delayed by more than 5 months. I had to follow up more than 10 times to get cleared with finance dues. None of the times, there was any clear communication from Finance team. They keep saying we will send you soon.

Fractal Response

Hi there, I am truly sorry to hear your experience at the time you left Fractal. We have now re-designed the exit process to enable the final check to be delivered on the last of employment. Hopefully, Fractalites wouldn't have this problem in future. I specifically asked our finance team to analyze our worst case delay in settlement. It was 2 months and 27 days for one Fractalite (who left on Aug 14th and whose settlement was processed on Nov 11, 2013). There was a lapse in overall coordination that caused this slip up. My apologies if you were the one who was affected by it. Thank you for being a part of Fractal. Regards, Srikanth

Pros

The company's client centricity is exceptional, with a deeply embedded focus on delivering value, reflected in a strong and loyal client base built on high levels of trust and credibility. There is a significant commitment to AI research and forward looking capabilities, alongside a clear investment in building a people first culture over time. The company is well regarded in the market with a strong foundation for continued growth

Cons

TMT suffers from ineffective leadership at the helm with little visible effort to grow capabilities or drive meaningful outcomes. Exec contribution to growth is largely absent, making the net impact negative. Cultural values are not consistently reflected in day to day execution. It has a pattern of positioning other teams negatively including Growth, Tech, AI, and PA rather than partnering, which creates real friction with them resulting in loss of opportunities. There is genuine talent within the team being held back by leadership that prioritizes internal politics over building real capability, resulting in shallow vertical capabilities. The gap between what the company expects and what leadership enables the team to deliver is significant and consistently unaddressed
