Pros

Srikanth and his passion is unbelievable.

Cons

A really cool concept, People Principles were launched few months back. But due to that "the leaves accumulated till that point are not being encashed - which is clearly unethical". To make matters worse there has been no communication from HR whatsoever. I am 3 years in the company and clearly feel let down due to this, at the end of the day it is a big amount and not getting your share truly hurts :( It must be done right away.

Hi there, Thanks for your note. Please connect with our CFO or Chief People Officer to discuss this. I hate to see Glassdoor being used as a mechanism to resolve individual issues. Fractal now has stopped tracking people's vacation time which means that you can take any number of days off (as long as you are consistent with our overarching guideline - Do what's right for the client and what's right for Fractal). So, you can, arguably, take enough days off to compensate for the accumulated leave you had when this principle kicked in. If you leave, we can still compensate you for the leaves you had at the time when people principles kicked in. Please speak with our CFO or Chief People Officer on this. Srikanth PS - I don't care how you rate me as a CEO - you giving a 1-star rating to Fractal is hurtful. Please feel free to write me an email rather than washing our dirty linen in public forums and sullying Fractal's reputation.

The company is well regarded in the market with a strong foundation for continued growth

Cons

TMT suffers from ineffective leadership at the helm with little visible effort to grow capabilities or drive meaningful outcomes. Exec contribution to growth is largely absent, making the net impact negative. Cultural values are not consistently reflected in day to day execution. It has a pattern of positioning other teams negatively including Growth, Tech, AI, and PA rather than partnering, which creates real friction with them resulting in loss of opportunities. There is genuine talent within the team being held back by leadership that prioritizes internal politics over building real capability, resulting in shallow vertical capabilities. The gap between what the company expects and what leadership enables the team to deliver is significant and consistently unaddressed
