At the time of your joining the promised package will include a bonus and your monthly package is minus this bonus and in the event you have to leave the organization or you enter your notice period before actually getting the promised bonus they will not give you the bonus even if it is part of your CTC and you served the term The salary is the worst, and you dont get a say in your appraisal. No matter how hard you work how much you get entirely depends on the whim of your team leader and their will be no solid performance record with which you can argue for your salary.
