Cons
1. you do not get to know what visas or team you will be working on until your first day; you cannot prepare in anyway 2. you will have little to no training 3. you will be overworked and given a heavy case load; sometimes you will not be allowed to work overtime but will be expected to complete your work anyways 4. Fragomen's makes quick hires for temp staff (they literally will hire you after a 5-10 minute phone screening) who are usually unqualified and uncommitted; this results in more work for permanent qualified staff or in high volume of turnover 5. You will be underpaid for the work you do tremendously
