Pros
(unlimited) coffee machine, coworkers are chill, supervisors are good (mostly but some are less lenient), barbecues on Fridays in the summer. Also benefits are good. If you're lucky you get good hours. Fragomen handled Covid-19 commendably. Seems like senior management is trying to stay on top of current trends (Robert Horsley seems like a good guy). Seniors are very happy to help assistants to learn (anyone can get training any day of the week at any time)
Cons
partners will play favorites (helps to be a girl). very corporate environment at the end of the day. If you're unlucky you get 50 hour weeks or more (especially during busy season). Moderate turnover (not high turnover as others have said). Not much room for advancement (pay is good starting out, sucks after 1-2 years).
