You’re always busy, so you never get bored. There’s always something new to learn since immigration law is always changing. 4 weeks PTO. Good benefits. Decent starting pay.
Cons
You will be explained how to work a type of case one or two times and then be given about 60 cases. Management isn’t very supportive after that—if you make a mistake you are criticized harshly. There isn’t any incentive to be better or work harder than the person next to you since you get raises and title changes based on the amount of time you’ve been there. One guy spent most of his time texting all day and got paid what I did.
