boring office job. it wasn't a fun environment to work in and no motivation or positive energy from coworkers. there is room for growth, but slow growth. the pay is not worth the job at all. the only Employees making money are the attorneys and partner attorneys. they work you overtime and acknowledge your hard work, but they do not take care of their support staff at all. raises are rare. high stress environment for minimum pay. and Karen who is HR is no help at all. she is extremely rude, and does not work well with the employees.
