Pros
In the PHX office, the people you work with are generally wonderful, and it's always a team/collaborative effort. Open-door policies with most attorneys and managers if you have questions or need guidance.
Cons
The pay isn't good and, depending on the team you work with, there is little to no training (it's hard to put together a consistent training program for some of the cases/work types) and sometimes the work load can be pretty heavy, but rarely is it unreasonable.
