Pros
top-tier salary; robust reference library; generous vacation package; wealthy and resourceful firm.
Cons
Experience depends on the client you work on and the partners you report to. Unrealistically demanding environment. Non-existent communication from your direct leadership. Support infrastructure (Case Managers, Coordinators, Intake, Initiations) is abysmal - attorneys do the jobs of 3 or 4 people. Non-existent training on firm/client/technology protocols. Data integrity and reporting capability is awful. Complete disregard for life and family obligations. Revolving door of poorly trained paralegal staff that burn out quickly (no one in my team of 5 had been there and/or lasted one year). Need for paralegal staff is so dire that anyone with a heartbeat who can read and write gets hired. Too much time spent nickel-and-diming clients. Other than generous PTO, overall benefits package is below average as against competitors. Vindictive partners.
