Pros
Pros: Fragomen is a great law firm to learn high-volume business corporate immigration maters. I learned a lot my first few years and I believe no other firm could provide me so much knowledge such as PERM, NIV, IV, and research cases. Another pro is the good benefits package, PTO, and pay. Another pro is that the Chicago office has a great good environment and dynamic. My managers and teammates all collaborate well and have a lot of empathy. Also beautiful city office with great city views!
Cons
Cons: High volume means sometimes matters are stressful. The clients can also cause stress too.
