The pay is too low for the amount of work management asks for. The commute is too long. This could easily be a job where you work from home full time but management would rather us be there and talk to no one all day then go home. Management may be somewhat workaholics which leads them to send emails after work hours. Not always clear on specifics of assignments. Assignments are boring
