Freedom to think through the entire process of a part, BBQ's in the summer, Newer equipment, Lax Supervision/ low pressure.
Cons
Managment has no hands on experience and decisions made seem so far off in space all you can say is wow! It was frustrating to see the easy way but be forced to go the hard way.
