Pay is to low for being the first people that are seen and get all the aggressive patient. We are the first line of defense and don’t get paid for it. Recommend to those who are okay with low pay, but know you will get in trouble for not know things when you are new. Just keep your head down. Working at the central campus is wonderful so I have heard. This department keeps Changing management it is NOT stable and blame it on everyone else.
