Terrible at accepting any type of change. There is little to nothing that is done as a result of making sure that all of the committees and sub committees and units leads and directors and staff are all in total agreement before they will change anything. I have been personally bullied by directors on down to co-workers consistently, and when attempting to resolve issues leadership does nothing to resolve or address inappropriate behavior. HR seems much more interested in covering their leadership then providing a good work environment.
