Security Department - Security Officer Franciscan Health Employee Review

Where do I begin?? Well, opportunity for advancement is completely non-existent. Unless of course the department heads are friends with you (kiss, kiss). The insurance is very expensive and pay for practically no treatments. While the pay is very good as it is, it is not on par with other health care security departments. Oh and the upper management blindly follow advice from "consultants" whose primary cost cutting idea is too terminate numerous employees with lengthy tenures, robbing them of their earned pensions.
