Pros
It is close to home. The work hours are flexible and permit you have time for your family or for free time after work. The health care benefits, as long as you feel comfortable seeing the clinic doctors, are good.
Cons
Management is key on pursuing pet projects, not just for the good of the entire organization. Promotions seem t be given based on who you know, not the most competent for the job.
