I have a job that allows me the opportunity to help those most in need.
Cons
The employees are the heart of the hospital and they are not held in the regard they deserve. The company continually takes away benefits. No PTO earned for hours over 40 worked per week. No discount in the hospital cafeteria, 2 years without raises. Understaffed. They say the patient is the most important yet they don't give us the staff to do ours jobs in such a fashion that the patients know they are the highest priorty.
