Nice nurses. Fair pay. Nice rwsidents and families. Friendly atmosphere on days.

Little to no communication with prn staff. I never knew when changes were implemented that directly effected my positio etc.

I admire the leadership and associates here at Franciscan Ministries. Since coming on board, I have seen leaders in action, showing up and supporting their teams in ways I haven't experienced in other organizations. Leaders serving, asking how may I help you; empowering others to do the work that is needed.
