      Exciting client base, good personalities in management, great start to start career

      Cons

      You get lost in the crowd, firm only focused on partner profitability when staff are driving all the profits, cut pay raises this year for all, growing too fast to be sustainable, culture has changed since I started. Some of those in management will throw staff under the bus so they don't look bad.

      Great people, I love the people I work with everyone is so kind.

      Cons

      However they have been slashing a lot of benefits lately, and everything has been pretty profit driven.
