      Pros

      Work, Life, Balance. Busy season is busy but not comparable to some of the larger firms. Great company culture. The people there truly care about you, and invest in you as a person. Most partners have started as interns and have worked there way up which is something I like to see.

      Cons

      Wish I was paid a little more, but I think the slight difference now will be worth it in the long run.

      The team demonstrated strong teamwork and collaboration throughout the engagement. There was a positive sense of camaraderie, with everyone supporting one another and working together effectively to achieve our goals.

      Cons

      Frequent employee turnover resulted in remaining team members taking on additional responsibilities and workloads to cover staffing gaps.
