      Well-organized rotational opportunities across different departments within the firm. Universities often push students in a linear direction (audit or tax), but the firm gives young professionals the opportunity to find a department that best fits their passions, future career trajectory, lifestyle etc.

      Cons

      Seasonal long hours but that's the nature of public accounting

      The team demonstrated strong teamwork and collaboration throughout the engagement. There was a positive sense of camaraderie, with everyone supporting one another and working together effectively to achieve our goals.

      Frequent employee turnover resulted in remaining team members taking on additional responsibilities and workloads to cover staffing gaps.
