Pros
They seem to really care about the employees and the culture. They are kind and supportive to a degree. Benefits are actually great! If you select the basic health plan for a single individual the company pays 100%
Cons
The base pay is extremely low for the position in relation to other PEO firms. They have a horrible training program. Basically they give you an employee handbook, sit you down at a desk at their office in FL for a week and then let you figure it out. I asked for training and role plays to help solidify the sales process and they will work with you on that but they will only work with you for a brief moment and don't offer much advice or help other than, "Just say this.." They don't give you much help for the whole sales process just the beginning lines of a cold call. They don't tell you when you are hired that if you aren't hitting your quota in December then you have 2 weeks to pull some magic out of the air and hit it. They act like they care but its the bare minimum not to get sued.
