      Pros

      Working at Frankenmuth is a breath of fresh air. Do not get me wrong it is hard work but the people are like family and care. Its a large company for security yet you feel like family. Would recommend working her to anyone pay and benefits are right in line with the job.

      Cons

      Its work. You need to be ready to put in your time

      Pros

      Really great people. Lots of opportunities and company loyalty. Company really tries to do the right things to support staff and clients.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. First year with the company has been great!

      Great pto, flex schedule, that's it

      Cons

      Overworked, all adjusters aren't licensed, workload is extremely heavy, no training for position just kinda winging it. Horrible management
