      Pros

      Great people. Management is receptive to feedback and acts upon it.

      Cons

      Pay feels low. Spousal health benefit not offered even if they have a High deductible plan. Vacation time is not negotiable at time of onboarding.

      Pros

      Really great people. Lots of opportunities and company loyalty. Company really tries to do the right things to support staff and clients.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. First year with the company has been great!

      Great pto, flex schedule, that's it

      Cons

      Overworked, all adjusters aren't licensed, workload is extremely heavy, no training for position just kinda winging it. Horrible management
