      Pros

      Benefits are solid. Systems very easy to use. Good sense of community and support from coworkers.

      Cons

      Pay structure and amount is lower than industry average. Advancement opportunities limited and do not come up often. Underwriters constantly stuck between a rock (leadership decisions & guidelines) and a hard place (catering to agent needs.)

      Pros

      Really great people. Lots of opportunities and company loyalty. Company really tries to do the right things to support staff and clients.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. First year with the company has been great!

      Great pto, flex schedule, that's it

      Cons

      Overworked, all adjusters aren't licensed, workload is extremely heavy, no training for position just kinda winging it. Horrible management
